Two projects were completed back-to-back in Indonesia for different clients with one involving the ex-works shipment of one trailer-mounted coiled tubing unit in Indonesia for an international oil exploration company based in Dubai. This units length exceeded 16 meters and weighed over 50 tons, posing numerous challenges during transportation from the factory to the port. With careful pre-planning, Dextrans project team managed to execute delivery without any problems.

The cargo was delivered to Tanjung Priok Port, Jakarta to connect with a RORO vessel departing for Alexandria, Egypt.

The second shipment involved deliveries of 3 units of transformer from the clients location to Tanjung Priok Port, Jakarta for shipment to Port Kelang, Malaysia.

The transformers were of different capacities (2 x 30 MVA & 1 x 90 MVA) and weights of 40 tons and 89 tons respectively with deliveries carried out using multiple axle trailers.

Dextrans China handled a project shipment consisting of 5 units of Platform Boom Lifts weighing 18 tons each, shipping from Tianjin to Laem Chabang on a breakbulk vessel. The shipments were carried out under a very challenging backdrop brought upon by extreme weather conditions caused by encroaching tropical storm Bavi.
