LP India Logistics Pvt Ltd Moves 32 Meter Double AAC Autoclave from Shanghai to Pune, India

|
The project was unique about its commercial commitment, which was agreed by the consignee for the vessel laycan of Nov20. The shipper was not ready with the cargo for this laycan and requested 25 more days to deliver. During the COVID-19 situation, vessels being canceled, shortage of space, and an increase in freight rates were the biggest challenges, while the consignee was adamant and was not accepting any incremental costs due to the above situations known to all. But Liladhar Pasoos rapport with the vessel owners and our long-standing business commitment convinced the vessel owners to ship at the same agreed commercials for new laycan.

Project details:
- DIM: 32L x 2.7W x 2.7H meters
- Weight: 37MT
- Scope: EXW to factory
- POL: Shanghai, China
- POD: Pune, India.
- Execution date: Nov20
On arrival at Mumbai port, we custom-cleared and started moving the cargo towards the destination, which was 140 km away from the port, but the hydraulic vehicle deployed met with technical problems and required repair, resulting in moving the cargo and the vehicle with the help of a crane to a safer location. After repairing the vehicle, it failed once again, so we swiftly arranged for another vehicle to complete the delivery to the destination without further delay and cost. Liladhar Pasoos commitment to its customer was the highlighted feature, even during the current highly volatile market situation.
