Everokgroup Handles 59M Windmill Blades to USA by Barge & BB Vessel
|
During the COVID 19 & Olympic games period, it was difficult to move special cargo with a length of 59m. The main vessel was at Qingdao, and the cargo was in Tianjin. Due to extreme traffic restrictions, Everokgroup found a solution for this shipment using hydraulic pressure low bed trailers and a deck barge to move the blades from Tianjin port to the main vessel in Qingdao.

- BB Vessel: China-USA
- Description: Windmill Blades
- Total: 3 Units
- Trade term: EXW
- Total 48,321KGS/1940CBM
- SIZE: 58.699X3.614X3.049M

We met so many obstacles, such as special cargo road permits, port congestion for barge calling, Qingdao terminal didn’t allow to submit arrival notice if we load blades from barge to vessel directly, and our freight term is FIO… However, we successfully overcame all obstacles to catch the planned main vessel loading in time for shipment. The cargo is now on the way to the USA!
