Trucker Strike in South Africa

The N3 is the main route between Durban and Johannesburg and heading toward the SA borders via Botswana and Zimbabwe. There is also similar action on other routes.

Strikers are sometimes violent and drivers who do not join the strike action are intimidated by physical violence. Authorities (Police) are monitoring the situation but cannot actively intervene.

This force majeure event may delay loads in transit with resultant costs incurred by your cargo.
